I use ground turkey, season it like I would tacos (usually just packaged seasoning), use chopped up tortilla instead of crackers or oatmeal put 2/3 of the meat mixture in the pan and make a dip in the middle fill the dip with fresh avocado slices and cheese cover with remaining meat bake and serve with pico de gallo sorry…

didn't get a chance to post last night. Did great on my calorie intake and burned about 550 doing a 35 minute circuit and 30 minutes of pilates. :-) Planning to do more pilates today and hitting the gym later for my 2nd day of C25K Still need to up my water consumption though :-( Have a great day everyone! get out there…

Congratulations on taking charge! Also congrats on being a good Mom and wanting to make changes for yourself and your daughter! I am at the starting line also and I have seen the finish line before only to fall back. I joined MFP about 2 weeks ago and have lost 8 lbs. The beginning is tough but totally worth it. Good Luck!

I have also been thinking about doing one. There is a C25K program that takes you from Couch to 5K in 9 weeks, I am hoping to start it today. Had an ok day, burned about 400 calories dancing in my house while doing some cleaning, didn't make it to the gym after work like I wanted (I get off work at 9 and it closes at 10). Stayed under my calories and drank a bunch of water :-) Hoping for a better day tomorrow
