I’m wondering the same thing. I don’t know if I should be lightly active or active. I walk every day but sit at a desk most of the day.

Any fitbit users out there? I’m wondering if when you go on the treadmill, the Fitbit exercise doesn’t really register because it tracks your distance and pace. So if you add it to exercise on MFP but the steps are also counted on Fitbit does MFP count the activity twice?

Add me!! I’m also Canadian and in my 30s. I’ve been tracking for only 9 days now. I also have fatigue. I am down to 196 now but I find it is so hard to get the weight off. I’m looking for people to help support me in this journey also.

My kids are older but I’ve also seen the scale going up up up over the past 2 years. I’m afraid I’m going to get diabetes. My husband is a stick and can eat anything he wants. It’s very hard to sit with him while he snacks in the evening!!

Way to get back on the wagon!! I lost 30 lbs and put that and more on over a couple years. I am now trying to exercise daily and eat better. It’s difficult but definitely doable. I’m trying to make sure this is a lifestyle change this time and not a short term thing.
