  • Do you think the recommendations for calories on myfitnesspal are accurate? And do you think you should always eat your workout calories? I'm five foot three and weigh 150... (my picture is old, right after ww so I am smaller in my pic!) MFP recommends 1200 calories for a loss of 1.1 lbs a week. I've heard not to go below…
  • I'm short so my fitness pal recommends 1200 a day.. give/take some for exercise.. So I don't think that's the problem.. If anything I could eat up to 1500 calories and still be on track for what my fitness pal tells me.. and I'm not sure if that 100 calories is what would make a difference. I'd hate to gain weight!
  • Its easy to do if you do custom goals on here- you can set your protein to 50% etc.... I CANNOT eat that much protein either... it doesn't seem to work out exactly... but i try to get close.. at least trying to stay lower on the carbs and fat. good luck!
  • Sorry I was just noticing your goal weight and your picture... you look pretty good to me.. I don't know if its possible to get down to 128 especially if you're muscular... You're 5'8''???..... Is that weight healthy for your height? From what i've seen, ideal body weight for a woman of that height is around 150.. Just…

I used to use ground beef, sour cream, regular cheese, ketchup, fried tortillas, refried beans. Now i eat tacos made with turkey, fat free sour cream, low fat cheese, i just warm the tortillas and don't fry them, and use…
  • I am only 5'3'' and weigh 125-130 now.. Started at almost 160 trying to lose weight.its so annoying. My ''mommy'' jeans I wear an 8 because they go over my belly.. But on the low cut styles I have noticed even the 4s starting to fall off by the end of the day cuz i have no butt or legs anymore! 125 USED to look sooo much…
  • A cheaper alternative to the jenny craig and nutrisystem is the weight watchers online. Its lke $50 for 3 months. Thats the point system one. It really teaches you about portion size. You can eat whatever you want, technically, but you have to have smaller portions. I lost 30 pounds on that in 3 months. I had plateaued…
  • I want to do it! I own it and have been doing the cardio type videos.. but I haven't actually been following the program.. and haven't done any of the strength training ones yet. So anyway, I'm in to do it 'the right way'! --Nicole
  • Hi there! I'm a new-ish mommy too. My little girl is 9 months old. I've lost the preggo weight plus 10 pounds, but I want to lose another 15-20 to be back in 'wedding' shape. I did weight watchers for a while but have been stuck at this weight for about a month. Time to add on some exercise and get the rest of the weight…
