I ended a five year relationship many years ago and just kind of did other stuff until I felt like dating again. My three year relationship ended two weeks ago and I don't really know what to do...guess I'll start dating when it feels right...

Have they really gone, or are their bodies down in the trench now?

How long have you been doing this? Are you sure you're logging all of your food properly? Have you pooped recently? I'm waiting for someone to post the flow chart that will be a fabulous guide to help you discover what's going on.

In short, people who post about themselves constantly are probably somewhat narcissistic. A conclusion no one could have come to without research.

I want chickens so badly! Feelin' jealous. Like others have said, white egg and brown egg are just chicken breed. Hardboiled vs poached vs scrambled is all the same with the exception of fats added.

I'm an unintentional creeper, too. I automatically look at things that are interesting!!! Can't help it.

People who don't wipe the seat off when they're done and leave it covered in butt sweat.

My boyfriend of three years and I just broke up a week ago, so I'm seriously feeling your pain. (Although I imagine it's different when you've been with someone your whole adult life.) So far I've made time for friends, family, and myself. And I've gone to a couple of fun sounding meetups just so I don't sit home and think…

Everyone who says it's not what you're eating but how much you're eating is probably right. Are you weighing everything? Is your calorie input accurate? I didn't know Welbutrin worked as a weight loss aid, but would advise against a doctor putting you on antidepressants for weight loss!!

This was a refreshing post. :D

What does that article have to do with a vegan diet? Those parents refused to get medical treatment for their child. Not really the same thing.

Oh, you! :D

Honestly, the difficulty with hypothyroid varies from person to person. I was QUITE hypothyroid when I found out from a standard blood test the doctor gave me, was very skinny and had lost weight because I was dedicated to it. The doctor looked at me, looked at my chart, and said "You don't look hypothyroid." If you're on…

If I can't smell it, I just laugh. The worst than can happen is you'll be that farty guy at the gym. Everybody toots.

Inches tend to be better proof than the scale.

I'm all for vegetarianism, but why is becoming a vegetarian for weight loss healthier or more natural than consuming meat..?
-
Losing 12 pounds over three months is REALLY good. That's an average of a pound a week. Depending on your current weight, that may even be too aggressive.
-
I rarely eat breakfast, but if I need it, yogurt or a bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese is always a good option.
-
You're overthinking it. Just eat the damn sandwich (or whatever one serving is) and log whatever is on the box for a serving. It will average out if one is ten calories more than another once in awhile.
-
Just start logging. Sometimes you'll just have to guess. But if you do your best and are as honest as possible with yourself, you will see loss.

You might just have a round face.

With post-workout hypoglycemia, I make sure to eat glucose tablets immediately after working out for fast absorption. Otherwise I get light headed and almost pass out. I perform better in general if I've eaten something within a couple of hours before though.

For what it's worth, I don't think 40 grams of protein is low enough to be the lone cause for someone's hair to start falling out. I average around that (sometimes more, sometimes less) and my hair is very thick. Definitely go to the doctor. If it IS diet related, it's possible you're netting too low. Do you net 1200, or…

I have a fitbit one and it's awesome. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but the calorie burn seems pretty accurate and it's also accurate with my steps.

Beef jerky? Pretty salty but if you don't mind that it'd work.
-
Dinner was an egg sandwich last night... It will probably be an egg salad sandwich tonight! I'm lazy.
-
I heard a tsp of baking soda was supposed to help too. That didn't work. :(

I'm noticing inconsistency with what AliceDark's post says and with what the OP has posted now. OP has clearly gone back to edit (says it was edited 4 minutes ago) so her current macros listed were either incorrect at first or she has changed it for a different response. Just throwing that out there....

Maybe a little Placebo effect, but it seems pretty reasonable I feel better after eating those than after eating a sleeve of oreos. Well, my body feels better. The taste buds are disappointed.

Well, it's only 7:50 am but I have plans to eat a giant salad and nectarine for lunch. And then probably a plum as my bedtime snack.
