Eat it sometimes. A couple of tacos won't destroy your life or your diet, especially if you fit them into your calorie goal. Actually, their regular tacos are my go-to for eating out cheap since they're 170 calories each and have a decent amount of protein. They're very easy to fit into my diet.

You're not different than a lot of people. There are many people who hate the taste of veggies but they eat them anyway for health. Try putting them in a smoothie. I mix mine into casseroles or just suffer through them and eat them before the tastier part of the meal.

Were they by the same company? And they could have been artificially ripened with chemicals which is what happens to many of the fruits and vegetables that have to travel a long way.

I also like to eat at night and am not really hungry in the morning. Some days I don't eat until around noon. It's never stopped me from losing weight.

Fantastic post!!

Yep! Not eating in the evening works for some people, but it's because most people snack at night and when you don't eat at night, you don't eat those snack calories. If you ate at a calorie deficit, you could eat it all at 9 p.m. and still see weight loss.

If you're on the proper medication and were successfully able to lose the weight before, then it's probably time to stop saying it's your thyroid. You need to keep eating the appropriate amount for the weight you want to maintain.

Tuna and crackers and string cheese.

Target sweatpants.

It depends. If it's tomato sauce I'd do mainly mozzarella and you could definitely mix in cheddar as the secondary cheese. If it was pasta with cream of chicken or something (casserole) cheddar might be a better flavor. Please excuse me I need some cheese.

Maintaining is the worst. I've managed to gain 10 pounds right back since I reached my goal weight... Eating similar foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week would probably make it easier to control your intake without always have to check calories for each thing you eat.

You probably have to poop.

Optimum Nutrition is pretty watery. Plus then if you add another couple of ounces of water it should be an acceptable texture.

What is is that keeps dragging you back? Is it the sugar, the caffeine, or the fizz? You could try to replace it. Eat more fruit, drink a cup of coffee, or have seltzer water.
-
You should probably have a slice of pizza and a nice big salad to go with it so you don't eat like six slices of pizza. Because that's what happens when pizza is around.
-
Why should you feel ashamed that you want to better yourself? The guy who made fun of you should be ashamed for being a piece of garbage. There's nothing stupid about you or what you're trying to do. Download an audio book and ignore the voices. Or I'd suggest a workout video because when the trainer is telling you what to…

If you're eating a reasonable diet and aren't deficient in anything, then you probably don't need to take a multivitamin.

Save some calories for an after dinner snack. And maybe eating clean all day is what triggers you to go totally crazy at night. You can eat foods you like in moderation anytime.

Going vegetarian never affected my massive cheese intake.
-
Of course it does. It's good for your body and burns calories.
-
Since cheese is your weakness, maybe try a lot of vegan cheeses before you make the switch so you'll have a nice vegan alternative to fall back on.

That's where all the fiber is.

Tea or water, distract yourself, and make sure you had enough fat, protein and fiber in your breakfast.

However, if you already have knee issues, running can make them much worse or at the very least be uncomfortable. Good enough reason not to run with junk knees.

All it does it make you lose water. Ditch the suit!

Losing weight is about calories in, calories out, so you would lose weight if you eat less calories overall. It doesn't matter if you eat them before or after a workout. Obviously for you, consuming some type of food is important for you to get a good workout in. A protein shake would be fine if it fuels you. Maybe…

That's brutal, and something that's really hard to switch over to. I also agree you just try calorie counting so you don't have to eat low carb.

I like to weigh myself in full battle armor.

I love having my period. It's the best. Bleeding and having cravings that make it hard to stay in my calorie limit are so much fun. Oh, and cramps are the best part!
