I eat greek yogurt every day and also have protein powder. You can mix protein powder into smoothies, milk, or just water. If you do milk or water get a blender bottle to mix it up really well or you'll get gross chunks of powder in there.

Alright, agreeing with everyone. Fresh clothes every time you work out. Shower frequently. Sometimes showering before will help kill the bacteria and prevent BO. For me, I find Secret Outlast Gel is the only one that really works for me, but you can always ask for prescription deodorant if you smell that bad.

Agreed. Spray tan, cut back on the sodium and suck your stomach in. Also, I tend to look super pregnant if I have to pee really badly (I normally have a pretty flat stomach), so if that also happens to you just make sure you don't hold it too long.

Nuts are a really good way to pack in calories without having much volume. As far as meals go, try adding fats to them with oils, nut butters, cheese and heavier breads.
