It might not necessarily be anemia even if it feels like it. It could be hypoglycemia from eating too low carb or a thyroid problem.

I find it very possible that someone can dislike all fruits and vegetables. There isn't one vegetable I actually like, and I have a friend that only eats one kind of fruit and one vegetable. I didn't weigh my food for a long time and lost weight because I was either estimating pretty correctly or overestimating. When I started weighing I actually found that I got to eat a lot more.

It just doesn't taste as good without ranch. What I did was start tossing the salad with a predetermined amount of dressing rather than just pouring it on. It depends on the person. People with similar sex drives are a good match. Some people really don't care about it so much, some people almost never want it, and some people want it all the time. Having two people with completely different libidos is always going to leave one of them wanting and the other feeling pressured.

Make sure to get adequate nutrition and have a variety of food besides protein bars. However, if you like them and are staying full, then there's not much of a problem. They're my main source of protein because I'm lazy and don't cook meat that often.

Countries that don't have access to food due to monetary reasons certainly can't afford ten dollars a day worth of shakes to drink. The average income in many of them is so low that would have to feed a family for a day, or even a week.

I'll eat chips if they're what I really want. Sometimes you just gotta do it. And if you're trying to save calories, you don't have to even eat a whole serving. Just eat a few to get the taste. Sometimes I'll have half a serving of Cheez-its for a bedtime snack if I don't have enough calories. Also olives and dill pickles…
