Nice work.

The problem appears to be not that she is a vegan, but that she is a turd.

I thought everyone put cheese all over everything. ...to be fair, I'm also from the Midwest.

Sometimes I don't log ketchup and mustard because I'm lazy. But otherwise there's no point in lying to myself.

Roast it. Or dip it in ranch dressing.

Mine aren't just dry in the winter. They're dry all the time. Boogie boogie boogie.

Have you tried having a sugary snack right afterwards? I get post workout hypoglycemia which gives me terrible headaches and nausea. Literally an ounce of OJ or a glucose tablet will prevent it from happening if taken immediately after my workout.

If they broke up over that then I think everyone's better off in the long run.

Double Stuf Oreos. I also didn't expect to enjoy the Golden Oreo, but have become obsessed with it. Mmm.

Call the cops for sure. And talk to a counselor about it. And maybe consider talking about your relationship with your husband and family to said counselor.

I wish I could have pulled the vegan card during pig dissection. Good for the people who will benefit from it.

A lot of the food entries have options for grams. Go by those I guess?

Don't eat anything that's fallen on the floor.

Isn't bone broth just broth?

INFJ Personality - “The Advocate”. Seems accurate.

Snacks are the best! All the ones that aren't healthy for me, of course.

All you can do is tell her it's unhealthy and why. After you've done your part she has to figure it out herself.

Be however you want. It's great to see you've become a happy and healthy person. Society changes its mind every twelve seconds anyway, so just be happy being your fit self.

Calm down. You probably just need to poop. The numbers will even out eventually. And like everyone said, try to gain some muscle. If you do have a higher body fat percentage, you'll need to lose fat and gain muscle. But I'd focus on gaining first and THEN seeing if you even need to lose fat, because you may not need to.

As far as I can tell, it's basically people referring to girls (very rarely guys) who only show up and run on the treadmill on the gym and don't do weights or anything. But honestly, people should do whatever they want at the gym. So it's a derogatory term created by judgmental people who don't have better things to think…

Please do this and report back if you could actually finish that concoction.

I just like it with miracle whip and celery on crackers. It's one of my absolute favorite things.

That sounds like a great way to start having your hair fall out. More than 20 grams of carbs won't cause you to gain weight. And fat is good for you. Your body needs it and it keeps you full.

Greek yogurt, toast with nut butter or avocado, a smoothie.

I wanted a heartbreaking story about a person and the love of their life, Pizza Hut. But Pizza Hut was not as pure as they thought. One night, they came home to find Pizza Hut in bed with its coworker jan, from accounting! The horror! But now they have realized they don't need Pizza Hut, and kicked it to the curb. Now…

Thank you, I hope you're also having a great Wednesday. But go on about the Pizza Hut, please.

I think everyone should wear mumus and work out in very dim lighting on workout videos so none of us have to deal with the reality that there may be people who look better than us. It's not like we seen fit, attractive people every day or anything. Edit: Brain fart typo

What is the fat from? Meat? Full fat yogurt? Avocados you eat on your meat sandwiches? Fat isn't bad in general, and it's very good for you if it's from the right sources.

Yeah, if it's that gross, don't torture yourself. Just don't make it again. Technically it's wasteful of food, but it's more wasteful of your life to spend two more meals trying to eat it and being miserable while doing so.
