I'm just starting back up with the strength training portion (doing Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred) I'm using 3lbs and 5lbs right now. My upper body sucks. :smile: If your interested they have videos on youtube for women who are new to weight training.

I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) so my periods are a nightmare when it comes to cramps. I never crave the same thing though. Sometimes I crave things like cucumbers in vinegar, salt and paper; chocolate, wheat pancakes and once I craved lima beans, lol.

I wrap mine, during workouts and let it air dry. I workout after work so it helps. I also wash my hair pretty much once a week or every two weeks and then go to the salon for my relaxer. Keeping it wrapped after the workout helps me keep the heat off of it so I'm not constantly using the flat-iron.

Let's see, mine would have been this weekend. I worked out twice on Saturday and twice on Sunday. I burned 995 calories on Saturday and 1046 on Sunday. That is saying something since I suffer chronic headaches and have had one since last Wednesday. Still had it during the workouts but it was much lighter.
