I tried this when I was in Germany and it worked really well find a building that has 3 or 4 flights of stairs and climb them every day do it 2 or 3 times daily and as it gets easier do it faster or climb them more often...It cost you the gas to get there and back, that's it...good luck and don't give up. I am 53 and totally understand what your going through...I was told that if you fill half of your dinner plate with veggies 1/4 with 3 oz. of meat and 1/4 with a starch you can get past the plateau. Also If you are at Ft Polk my daughter teaches an aerobic belly dancing class at Cantrell fitness Ctr. and it's a lot of fun.…
