homecoming of the father of my 2 son who lives in the States and my upcoming wedding hopefully to be push through next month. and to feel confident on myself, to live longer and stay away in deadly illnesses like diabetes, stroke and heart disease.

This is such a great and inspiring successful story. Congrats! I will show this to my husband for him to stop smoking and begin to change his lifestyle. He lives in the States and he'll come home(Phil) next month.

I was stuck on day 22. I'm still pushing myself. I did day 23 with NMTZ this morning 3am. Will work it out tonight for day 24 with BFBM. I am only using this two workout on alternate days.

I was like that yesterday, im doing good for the past weeks and i screwed up in one day.i almost want to give up. but as i realized, i have come so far and i don't wanna give up. i still know i can do it.

I have just finished my day 15. combination of 30 ds li and 4 circuits of nmtz, I just did the last 4 circuits in nmtz. i can now feel some muscle soreness.

Sorry for not checking in here. I am still with you guys. Just had a really hard time during my TOM. This was the longest day I haven't workout(4). I still need to catch up and I felt so behind with all of you. I do miss my workout so here I am again. Day 13 NMTZ done tonight.I think I will feel some of these DOMS tomorrow.

day 12 complete, It became a bit easier now.

day 11 done tonight. I replaced 30 day shred level 2 with 6 weeks 6 packs. I don't know why, but I do feel a lot of muscle soreness in my body. Maybe I need a good whole body massage(combination of shiatsu and Swedish is my favorite).
