forgot to log in for my day 2.i did cardio party mix 2 and for my day 3 is turbo sculpt. it was a fun workout. I haven't done the fat blaster cause i find it hard. might try that one, one of this day.

One of my biggest problem is i'm addicted to carbs too. most of my diet contains white rice and it's really hard to remove cause I feel hungry all the time if i dont eat it. what i do i limit myself in a cup of rice per meal. and as much as possible i stay away in chocolates and sugary treats.

I would love to join, I've been doing turbo jam for almost a month now. Most of the days I do it 6 times a week for cardio party with different mixes and partner it with 30 day shred coz i really love Jm's workout. I have cardio party mix 1, 2, 3, fat blaster and turbo sculpt.

My favorites are No more trouble zone and 30 day shred. i have finished the 30 Ds, ripped in 30. hardest for me is banish fat boost metabolism it's really kicking my butt and i can't do it everyday or partner it with NMTZ on alternate days bec. it's really hard.but i love all her dvds.
