I have noticed it too in my legs. It came from the Hard-work doing a lot of lunges. Thats just mean JM's workout is working.I Love wearing shorts now.

OK, I'm back again. Had 1 day rest. It's just that my muscles in my thighs was so sore yesterday and my sore throat get even worse. after a double workout of week 2 a day before. I nearly faint, but glad I did not. Btw, day 1 week 3 done.

100 mountain climbers and 50 push up done this afternoon. now i can feel my thigh achy. but i love it. i fall behind with the schedule. btw, I did the girl push up version. But trying my best to do the regular one.

I'm glad you're back. Good luck for the week 2. Just make sure you are completely recovered before starting. It is challenging but I know you can do it. Not a big fan of doing mountain climbers and planks jacks back to back for 2 minutes. glad i'm done with week 2. getting scared to week3.

I do the same way too, sort of memorizing the moves before doing it. It make a lot easier when I workout since we've been changing moves every-week. btw day 6 and 7 week 2 complete.

I did not work out yesterday, My baby , my mom and I we're walking and doing little shopping in the mall. It's been late when we got home and am so tired. i think i burned around 580 cals. I will do my day 6 and 7 week 2 tonight, so that i can move on with week 3 by tomorrow.

Day 1 week 2 done today, I incorporate a less intense 60 minute cardio workout to burn more calories. Coz tomorrow if USA has a Thanksgiving, here in our small town has a Feast(Fiesta) of the patron (Sta. Catalina). But I will be more aware of the food I might consume tomorrow. Last day for week 1. So it's day 7 week 1 done! I doubled up the workout since I'm only burning 266 cal. for 30 mins.

It has really been my problem every month. sometimes I cannot control my appetite. i love eating junk foods. Try my best next month to behave and stay under my calorie.
