Day 22 level 3 done today. Still too hard on me. But I manage to finish it.

I almost die too. My knees are hurting, so I need to follow Anita to modify the moves. And the pace now is a little bit faster. I'm ok with the cardio with hand weights, what I hate is the first two sets of strength training. I'm on my day 21 level 3. I think my favorite is level 2.

Today I will start on doing level 3 day 21. I'm so scared to not even finish the workout.

Day 19 level 2 done tonight. I have just tried the 6 weeks 6 packs, it's fun I enjoyed doing it.

I will be doing my day 19 at level 2 tonight.I am planning to start my next dvd 6 weeks 6 packs abs by JM also but still not sure if I can make it.I just feel that, I need to lengthen my workout.

Day 15 level 2 done. I cant believe I manage to finished two workout of level 2 in one day. day 14 in the morning and day 15 at night all in level 2. I'm so happy. Tomorrow head up to day 16. wooohooo!!

Day 13 level 2 done last night (October 30). No shredding today because I and my family we're walking in the mall for over 6 hours. doing some shopping and trick or treating with my son and nephew. My knees and legs are a bit sore but it's really fun and we enjoyed so much.

I'm not feeling well today. I had a bad headache but I set my alarm clock as early as 4:30 am to double my workout. I schedule doing day 13 and 14 level 2 tomorrow. good luck to me.

I mix shred with other cardio workout like walking and dancing Zumba.I do it for 30 to 60 minutes everyday.

Day 12 level 2 done tonight. I usually do my workout at night. I don't have much time to do it in the morning. Level 2 is really hard my knees and legs were shaking doing plank post.

I just begin my Day 11 level 2 (done). I felt that hurt into my knees too. This time around is a really a bit harder. But I'm so proud I did it.

Today I will start doing level 2 day 1. Bit scared, I got used doing level 1. I still have 2 dvds of JM (Six pack in 6 weeks and banish fat boost metabolism) All of them are still untouched.I want to concentrate more on 30 day shred.

hello, I've been off for a couple of days. I'm sorry. It's because of my super inconvenient internet connection. today I'm on my day 10 level 1 of 30ds. looking forward for level2 day 11 by tomorrow. been noticing some little changes in my body, my tummy is a little flatter and toned arms.

coffee is the thing that i couldn't remove from my diet, before i consumed 3 to 4 cups a day. but now since i joined in here i manage to take it into at least 2 cups a day.
