Hi Ladies, I'm down almost 2lbs since I was last here and am still focused on cardio doing my Hip Hop Abs and Zumba. This week's goal - complete all planned workouts and get up to 30 minutes on the elliptical by the end of the week. Have a great week! :wink:

So far so good. Had a great workout today. My mini goal this week is to focus on my nutrition and exercise at least 5 times this week. So far, I exercised 3/4 days. woohoo. I don't think the "normal" is "NORMAL"! That looks anorexic. I think the normal is the chubby picture and that most of us strive to look like the "curvy" pic.
