I agree with everyone. WW did not work for me. When they switched systems and 'fruit was free', I actually gained weight. Now MFP has taught me that nothing is free, and macros are SO important for me to lose weight and be happy at the same time!

I tried Mirena, less than a week later had to have emergency surgery to have it removed as it had perforated and was waaaay over on my right side causing a lot of pain. For me it was about 10 lbs, but seems to be more like 5 lbs as I get closer to my goal weight. I figure it has to do with where the weight is coming from. Now it seems to be coming mostly from my midsection, which is most effecting how clothes fit me.

I just got back from disney world, and we brought tons of food into the parks with no problems. The only things I ate from in the parks was dinner, lunch and breakfast were our own (we had a suite with a kitchen, so stocked up and cooked as much as we could). 2 layers sounds good for in the 30's with no wind, one layer on the bottom (I wear running tights). If it's windy, I'd add another layer on top.

Oh yeah. 3 kids, same old same old everyday. Wake up, work out, kids to school, work, make dinner, referee kids, kids to bed, clean, lunches, sleep, do it again. Could use a break, and less refereeing of the kids. They are in a mood lately.

Could be! I always used a first response test when I was before my period - I think I found out one one of my about 5-6 days before. Make sure to get a 2 pack though, so you can test again when/if your period is late. Fingers crossed for you :)

5am here. I used to do the 9pm thing after the kids went to bed, but switched it up to 5am and have been much more consistant. It sucks getting out of bed, but as the saying goes, "I get more complements for working out than for sleeping in"!
