I like to put my earbuds in and dance around the house while cleaning! I try to incorperate some exercise into it. Yes if I go at it for more that 20 minutes straight, and I raise my heartrate I count it.

I keep starkist tuna packed in water pouches and keebler multigrain crakers at work to grab. I also keep a few low cal progresso soups around, but not many as they contain quite a bit of sodium. I usually add raw veggies or fruit like an apple or pear. the large amt of protein keeps me fuller.

Welcome. logging on is kinda fun. it does improve compliance if you have to log every hersey's miniature you pop in your mouth! and look at the calorie content while doing it:smile: !

Choclate rice cakes with reduced fat peanut butter. fiber one brownies, a bowl of honey bunches of oats with almonds with soymilk. baby carrots. I can't do dairy, so cheese and yogurt are out on a regular basis. avocado mixed with salsa and a squirt of lime jucie with baked chips. Good luck !

MFP is something I think I can continue with indefinitely for maintance. I can usually lose my weight, it is getting into the maintance phase that bothers me. WW is more like a diet with restrictions. On MFP I want to keep my numbers in check! Good luck and feel free to add me!

stauffers chocolate animal crackers. 16 = 130 calories. they are slightly sweet and work well with coffee or soy milk . I can eat them slow and usually avoid busting my diet on chocolate candy.

Maybe try changing now to 1/2 CAf fiene. I mix my own with my favorite comlumbian mixed with generic decaf. I personally like Agava and it is a little more bang for your buck than real sugar. I am in the same boat. I have been eating 1200-1300 + exercise calories. mfp suggests 1200, bmr says 1374. I need to lose 30 more lbs ( down by 5). I want a steady 1-1.5 loss a week. I am tempted to increase to 1350- 1400 this week plus exercise just to see what that does. Add me if you want and we can compare.

I am lactose intolerent, and I drink the vanilla flavored the 8th continient soymilk. I also have an almond allergy so almond milk is out. rice milk is more $$. So therefore, this is my pick for best tasting soymilk ( I can actually drink it out of a glass). hope this helps, it is an acquired taste.
