I need to lose about 50 for my first goal. Then after I lose that 50, I'll make a new goal. BMI says I should weigh 125-135 ( I think). Not sure about that.

Do any of you have an update on how much you lose in 6 weeks while doing the 6 week biggest loser changelle? What are your thoughts on the DVD? I need to lose 40 lbs.
