Thank you! :) And thanks for the friends add! :)

I have several friends who lift and I hear the 'too small' comment frequently from them. I think you are absolutely spot on with getting to the 'happy place.'
-
Thank you for the push! I think you're quite right. I know I will keep moving forward until I get to that happy place - as I don't think it's all strictly mental in respect to what I perceive myself to look like. :)
-
I know EXACTLY what you mean. I am so close to the original goal and I have to say... huh? I thought it would be 'different'. Of course, people always reiterate how amazing the transformation is and that's always nice because it gives perspective. But when I look at myself? I'm not where I wanted.

I'm glad you've said this! I actually contacted a trainer yesterday - as the toning is now fully necessary. I have talked to so many - and I too agree - it's not about the number on the scale, but how you appear. I don't mind gaining weight for being more toned. :) I will definitely check that out. Thank you so much for…

Previously an 18. Now a 4.

I go skim to save the fat.

Thrift stores. That's what I did. Went from an 18 to a 4. Definitely saved myself money.
-
I hope so. I had to get rid of everything in my closet - yet I still see myself as that other person. You've had amazing results! :)

The knowledge that I'm not swimming around out here by myself does make an enormous difference. Looking at myself in the photos does place a nice reminder of where I came from and how much I've done. But I too have the same issue looking in the mirror. It's bizarre because people tell me all the time I'm getting 'too…

Ah. Thank you. :)

I have to tell you, you were a thousand percent right. I look at the photos separately, always. Putting them next to each other is... well. An eye opener. Something I hadn't really thought much about - but it DEFINITELY reminds me of where I was. Thank you! :)
-
woohoo!
-
Think that depends on what else you've eaten today.
-
It's time to get on. Take what the scale says and use it for the next two weeks! :)

My current has been to all.

I read this earlier this morning. I assume they have a 'feeder' relationship. Her goal to be the biggest woman... how sad. It's one thing to 'accidentally' get to that point - but forcibly making yourself larger? Disturbing.

salted roasted almonds or other nuts. I had to just break the addiction altogether. If you NEED something crunchy, the above mentioned things are all good choices. I enjoyed the veggie chips, but they fueled my need for chips. But, that's just *me*.

lmao. thank you.

No.

LOL. My kid says "Zobies" without the m. Sounds like a plugged nose. Big laughs. :P
-
LMAO. Kids. When I started to lose - my kid said "Mama! Your back is not bumpy like it used to be! It's smooth!" Oh?? My back fat is gone? You noticed! After a fair amount of loss and saggy skin "Mama! Why is your belly button closed up?" Oh! You noticed that you can't see my belly button from the sag of skin on my belly.…

There is one of me in the United States. ;)

Yeah. I've seen a lot of that. I trust my HRM paired with my fitbit. Otherwise? I don't log it.
