Hi, my name is Robyn. I had my VSG September 2011 - nearly 3 years out. I was originally down 100 lbs (205 to 105.) I went into maintenance in April and ended up gaining - I am now 118 and working on pulling it back down. :) Good luck!

I gained when I went into maintenance. Thus, I'm back on the loss track again. Total bummer. I was down 100 lbs. I went into maintenance in April - and now am up 13 lbs.

I have had both. My jawbone died 2 times before I gave up. I had two fitbit clip-ons - one died and they sent me a replacement, no charge. I lost the other (clip on bra, so its doomed to slip.) I now have a fitbit flex - and my only complaint is that it isn't gorgeous. I use phone and computer app.

You'll have to overcome the emotional before you can get over the hump. If you eat out of emotional reaction every single time, you'll likely always end up at the same starting point. If food is always the crutch, you'll continue to let it be so. Replace food with something else.
