Yup! Off all of my medication. :) Life is good, so so good! All is regulated with diet.

End result: Cheaper than medication for weight-related health issues. I was paying upward of $400 a month in medication for diabetes prior to my weightloss.

If you don't like calorie counting - work out harder. A job standing around/walking around and two days of running (don't know what distance or pace you're running) and a few days of lifting - won't be enough to rocket you out and make a calorie deficit. Not all protein shakes are clean. Check what you're consuming. Also, be cautious of your sugar intake.

Drink it unsweetened if you can't live without it. Or use a natural sweetener. Or fit the sugar macros into your day. However, depending on how much you drink - you may find those better vested elsewhere.

I'd venture to say if you start gaining weight after losing 5-10 lbs each instance, you ought to start out with a lower and more attainable goal.
