I hit my 300 mile mark for the year, today. And this was my first year running! So, with a full marathon on my horizon? You guys are ROCKIN' it out! And I greatly appreciate it!

I walked EVERYWHERE! Rode my bike in the back yard (lived in the country) - talk about a workout riding through grass fields and peagravel. LOL. Skip-its. Jumping rope. Running around the yard in nonsensical circles. Basketball. Dance class. Swimming ALL summer long.
