I'm another of your shameless ones. Mock me all you want... I'm the one down almost 70 lbs! So, as much as it's unfortunate for not having support - it's better to just ignore it and work through.

Is your trainer a certified nutritionist? If not... I'd not follow that advice.

Eat more. You have an enormous calorie deficit from working out. Calorie deficit is great - but you are BURNING those calories, so your body is going to have the tendency to be hungry. :)

Most people see food consumption, thus becoming overweight, as addictive behavior as well. Most of us aren't on this site for weight maintenance, initially. So... I don't find it humorous, I find it unfortunate that they haven't been able to quit yet. Just like I wouldn't have expected them to mock me on the treadmill…

Fruit with a greek yogurt dip. Sugarfree fudgesicles/popsicles/whatever. Angelfood cake isn't horrible for you but it isn't the greatest - so strawberry shortcake would do. Everything on my mind involves some form of prep - not grocery pickup. So I'd say fruit or a sugarfree (minus the dairy and fruit sugars, obviously)…

I concur. There are also those who are under physicians care. According to the same logic - I'm leading to anorexia because I never consume more than 900 calories. Guess what? I'm not. But my private medical history isn't your business.

Then cut your other costs and join WW. If you really WANTED to join, you'd find a way - rather than posting woes and asking for something for free when there are plenty of free resources available.
