I agree and if you are not using a HRM to track the cal burned be very careful in my experience so far I found that MFP was over @ least 200cal more than my HRM on my workouts, big wake up call for me

I have a bad habit of not getting enough veggies in so i'm going to be sure to have some type of green veggie during one of my meals for the week and hope that this is a trend that will stick for the road ahead :smile:

the scale and I are on speaking terms but my BFF are thoes inches that I'm striving to be rid of because @ the end of the day that's what makes the diffrence in how my LBD ( lil black dress) is gonna look on me and as long as I'm happy with that and I'm health i'm good to go :wink:
