I get my exercise and calories in by walking (with child), hiking (with child), bike (with child seat on back), etc. Just incorporate them into your exercise plan:)

Pretty new to MFP but this seems like a great challenge. Man am I glad I burned over 1000 calories yesterday:) Excited to hear how everyone does and HOW they do it:)
