My trainer actually advised me to continue with my 2 day a week training schedule (which is a lot of circuit work and upper and lower body work). The 2 days I have training I also do about 15-20 minutes of additional cardio, the other days (3-4) I do 45mins to an hour of cardio. I would really like to do more, but as I…

I would love to join! I am 35 with 2 kids 5 and 1. Since the birth of my youngest I have been trying to get rid of the baby weight and the extra weight I had before being pregnant. My first goal was to be under 200 and hit that a year ago. I've pretty much been maintaining ever since. The last few months I've been "going…

I have had 2 c-sections 1 in 2006 and the other in 2010. I'm only now working REALLY hard to get rid of the infamous pooch. It's gone down, but it's definitely still there. At my heaviest (the morning I had my son) I was 262lbs, I'm currently down to 189 and I still can't shake it. I guess there's still a lot of work to be…

Great job!! Keep up the good work!!

It's not easy, they say after 2 weeks it becomes habit, but for me it's taken me a good year of going consistantly for it to become habit. I did the same thing for years, tell myself I'm going to do it but never doing much. After I had my second child I realized I had to stop playing myself. I've never had health problems…

I do group training 2 days a week which involves a fair bit of strength training and circuits, the other 3-4 days i do nothing but cardio, the elliptical, the bike, finally got up to running intervals (1min walk, 1mn run) for about 30mns. I try to get into cardio bootcamps when I can Zumba or Socacize, great workouts!!

Feel free to add me as well!! I'm a mom of 2 both via c-section, so just like me, my stomach's a wreck!! it's taken me a good year to constantly go to the gym, and now i feel off if I don't get there. I have at least 60lbs to lose, so we can definitely support each other!!

I'm trying for serious cardio right now, I generally do the bike and the elliptical, although I do 2 days of group training every week. I'm trying to push myself to do things I don't normally do, like running (eewww) and the stair climber (don't know which one is worse!) I'm open for all exercise and will try anything!

My sister just completed a weight loss challenge at her work. She works out regulary, but runs almost 10K 5-6 days/week. She lost 21lbs in 6 weeks from running, and I have to give her credit, knowing how our legs are ;) hers look amazing!! Very fit. I'm not a runner, never have been and doubtfully will ever be, but I've…

Yesterday was my day off, so I did an hour of cardio in the morning (30mns bike, 30mns elliptical) walked my kids to daycare, full day of laundry, back to the gym for my group training (serious strength workout!!) then pushing a stroller and walking with a 5 year old for the next 2 hours!! I was definitely beat, and today…

Wow, everyone is doing amazing!! I feel like I'm slacking! I started paying attention (again) in January, around the 2nd week, I was back up at 205, I am now sitting at 194 and fighting. I work out 5-6 days a week, cardio 3-4 days and strength training 2 days. I've always had problems with my eating, but I've started using…
