Congrats on stopping smoking and the weight loss so far! I did 30 day shred about a month into my weight loss and it didn't kill me. :smile: It is pretty intense, but take it easy at first and by the end your endurance will be much better!

Do you weigh and measure your food? My week away from home I pretty much never lose weight and sometimes I gain a bit. This is why I have a digital kitchen scale. For many things going over a bit isn't much but for some things like PB it can make a big caloric difference.

Not to be discouraging, but you might have loose skin no matter what. I lost 90lbs when I was 20-21 and had tons of lose skin. The results on websites tend to be inaccurate and even the skin fold test and scales aren't super accurate. The most accurate way is hydrostatic testing.

I think that article only applies to people who use that as an excuse to eat whatever they want whenever they want. If I get 1 ice cream bar that is 150 cals like 2-3 times a week and it fits into my cals then I think that is fine. If I want to eat an entire container of ice cream even just once a week and do more exercise…

It really depends on what your breasts are composed of. One of my friends is size H or I and she had a scan of some kind done and was told hers will not get smaller with weight loss and they don't have much fatty tissue in them. It's one fo the steps for seeing if someone is a candidate for reduction surgery now.

I can sympathize. I am going to be working somewhere soon that requires "nice" clothes all the time and am very concerned about how often I am going to have to buy new clothes! Currently I wait until things are way too big (like 2 sizes) but that doesn't really look professional...

Yeah anything with ology on the end sounds way better! And therefore worth the extra cost. I can make my food fresh at home, but I don't know how to make food be freshology! Just like I can make shakes but not well you get the point

In the food diary of you type in breastfeeding there are entries that take 500 cals off your total for the day. 500 is the basic estimate for calories expended in exclusive breastfeeding though some sources say up to 700.
