It really depends on the person. Some people have very elasticy skin and look almost the same pretty quickly after having a baby and some struggle with it. I know a few women who have 3 or more children and their tummy looks normal a few months after birth. So it is possible but there are lots of factors. I don't have very…

Mine used to say 43 under my weight. Now it is 5 over. Last time I didn't change my weight until people stopped accepting my ID. I had lost 90lbs and some people wouldn't believe it was me so I changed it cuz it was causing issues.... I am moving in a month and will have to get a new license then. I will probably lie again…

what is a sternum implant? nevermind, found it on Google. Pole dancing sounds fun though.

I did it in October. Most of the people in my group had slightly lower than normal weight loss, but up to 4x the # of inches lost that month.

I make beet brownies. I hate beets, but the brownies are good, higher in iron and red!

In general I don't eat these, but with my crazy schedule I usually have some frozen store bought food in the freezer because there are days where I just don't have time and have run out of the home made frozen stuff. And if the choice is between these or eating out. I'd go with these types of meals!

On the phone app they show you net cals for the week. I am trying to look at that instead of just daily because I think I have too big of a weekly deficit at times.

I weigh multiple times a day. It helps to remind me that weight fluctuates, but overall there is a downward trend. I don't do so well when I only weigh once a week. It's harder to know if it is just an "up" or "down" weight day or if that is my "real" weight.

I have one but I would say it is totally not necessary. I don't always eat my exercise calories but when I do I am occasionally worried I am going over without knowing it and the HRM makes me feel like it is more accurate.

I would keep the beans over the rice. Possibly more calories but also more nutrients in them. We don't have chipolte where I live but similar places have more veggie options than what you got and black beans (they would be a better option than refried)

We used to have air for dessert when I was a kid. When we asked for dessert my dad would say to open our mouths and inhale real big. And then be like that was dessert. He likes to think he's funny.

What state do you live in? Your profile doesn't say and I am not feeling adventuresome enough to go Google Intimacy, who knows what it would come up with!

With my job I sometimes don't really ever go to bed and can be up for 48ish hours (with a few short 30-60 min naps here and there) so i go with midnight to midnight. If I went with when I got up to when I went to bed for real it could be a LOT of calories in 1 "day". I think it just depends on your schedule. If you get up…

Good luck on guessing what bra size you will end up at... From what I have read/experienced it can be different every time you lose weight as part of it is losing the fatty tissue, but part of it is how much you work on your pecs (muscles under the breast) which can effect cup size. And as long as I am losing weight I buy…

slice of ham, piece of fruit, and a cheese stick are my go-to lazy or super busy morning breakfasts. Sometimes just one of those items, but usually 2 or all 3.

I think that is a fantastic idea!

I saw a post the other day that said all this dieting is making us cranky have a piece of chocolate cake! With a pic of tasty looking cake. I don't think chocolate cake is the answer, but I agree that rudeness is a HUGE issue.

I have a BS in Health Psych (almost completely useless degree) and am working on a Master's of Science in Midwifery right now. I don't *have* to have a degree to be a direct entry midwife and I certainly don't need the level of degree I am getting or one that is as freaking expensive as mine, but it is the program that…
