Fiber One Chocolate brownies. 90 calories, a ton of fiber to help you feel full, and it curbs the craving for chocolate.

I tried the Jillian Michaels detox once. The only thing it did was make me more conscious of how much water I was drinking because it warned of kidney stones and other harmful side effects if you didn't drink enough water. I didn't notice any positive results. Save your money.

Feel free to add me.

Why's it gotta be a one night stand? What if I want several nights?

I'm planning on paying off a credit card and if there's anything left from that I'll be putting it into savings. I have a feeling my water heater or furnace are going to crap out soon and I'd like to be as prepared as possible for when that time comes. Oh, the joys of being a homeowner...

This is really smart!

I add 2 tbsp of skinny lattee Fat-Free french vanilla drink mix to my coffee instead of cream and sugar. 2 tbsp is about 65 calories and it makes it sweet and light enough for me.

I don't count anything but water and I usually get between 10-15 glasses in per day. (Sometimes more, depending on how intense my workout is) For me a normal day looks like this: At 7am I get to work and fill up my water glass (it's a 32 oz glass) I drink this before I allow myself to have any caffeine. Then I drink my cup…

I probably wouldn't have come home...

Meeeeee toooo! Should we start a support group?

You log your workout AT the gym while switching machines. :blushing:

This. Something just for her. Not sure if they have one near you, but I just went to the Aveda Institute last night (the school where they teach all of the massage therapists, esthiticians, etc.) and got a 90 minute Stress Relieving Treatment for only $34. It was worth every penny.

Me too.

Exactly! Good Lord. I know I'm fat, thanks. I wash it every day in the shower, I have more than one mirror in my house (and even if I didn't, I do catch my reflection in the window a time or two throughout the day). I don't need someone bringing it to my attention... Nobody wants to spend Christmas in jail, and that's…

I will not eat butter mints. You know, those chalky ones that some restaurants give you at the end of your meal. Blech. Disgusting.
-
Bahahaha. It's funny because it's oh so true...

 I would skip a lifetime of sparkly things if it meant there would never be a puddle of piss on the floor by the toilet. Some of us are easier to please than others...
-
I adore this. So simple, yet so true.

I agree. To a certain extent. Yes, you have to put your partner's needs before your own, but you have to make sure that you're still focusing on you. It's a tricky balance that you have to find, and personally one of the more difficult things I've found about relationships. Example: My past experience has been to focus on…

I used to be the same way. When I first started out, I was an 'all or nothing' person, and it wasn't just in terms of food. If I was used to working out for an hour and a half and could only make it to the gym for 30 minutes of my workout routine, I wouldn't go at all. It seemed pointless to me to drive out there, workout…

I picked the high end of 'healthy' because it's the last weight I remember feeling comfortable at and I know I can achieve it since I already weighed that once before.
-
My doctor told me to weigh myself after I eat everything and if I see the scale go up then "no more food that day." That's about how long it took me to figure out that most Drs don't know squat.

^^^ This girl. I want to date her! :drinker:

No. And it's kind of a bummer.
-
Actually, when I first joined MFP a few years ago I had two friends on here who were in completely opposite states (and opposite coasts, actually) and they ended up meeting, dating, falling in love, moving to one central location and getting married. So it could happen!
-
Bahaha! Awesome.
-
Mine too! It's a wonderful little afternoon delight for a boring Friday.
-
Ha! Do it. I dare you.

I don't. I would love love love to be one of those people who wakes up at the buttcrack of dawn and gets their workout in, but I just have not found the motivation yet. I have to be at work by 7am, which means just to get ready and get there I need to be up no later than 545. Add my normal workout routine on to that and…
