I am on Week 8 of P90X lean. I don't like Kenpo X very much, but I have to say I sweat a lot. I did a round of P90X in 2010 and didn't. I think the difference is that I push myself now. i plan on eating thanksgiving dinner til i'm sick! that way i won't want anymore & i'll feel horrible for doing it. i can't eat a lot at once now anyway, so that will help.
