Try to stay 100 calories around my goal. Over or under, doesn't matter. I never ate my exercise calories either. I don't care how much I burn, My goal is my goal without exercise. Lots of people talk **** about not eating exercise calories, but as you can see it never hold me back, and I'm not unhealthy at all :-)

I drank loads of red berries with flax seeds and water as a smoothie. Lots of fiber. Sorry, no veggies in my smoothies. I eat my veggies the "normal" way haha :-)

If you are guessing how much you are eating, you might as well guess how much you weigh. Why being so precise on that scale ? :-)

When going from "unhealthy" to "healthy" you will always have some discomfort the first couple of days. I had it when I started my journey 2.5 years ago. Just hang on, it will get better once your body is used to it. Just takes a few days to a week for most people. Drink plenty of water, it helps for headaches. :)

I guess I'm not human. If "we humans" dislike fat people I really don't want to be associated with that "human" race. I dislike or hate people for who they are and how they act, not what they look like.

I eat. And I don't care. 6 more days in that week. I had our anniversary yesterday, 5 years. We had BBQ. I ate, I did not count or think too much about it. You have to enjoy special occasions, don't think too much about how much calories it is, as long as you're not eating 10.000 you'll be ok ;-)

I never eat back my calories. Not even when I burn 1500 cals. I'm not unhealthy, I haven't wasted away. I didn't stop losing weight. See how your body reacts, and respond to that. You just can't do it every single day :)

No 'natural' way to get those amounts of lose skin out. I know how you feel. I hate mine too. It's positive to lose that amount of weight, but workouts and creams can only solve a certain amount of excess skin...
