Carbs make you fat.

Very rough calculation: to lose that in that time you'd have to lose 1280kcal per day... The minimum is 1200 to do it healthily. You can lose a good start and a good part of that, but that goal is way too high

I post some of my (new) recipes via my links. Feel free to add me :)

I lost ALL the weight without even thinking about a gym. All I had was a 60$ bicycle, and healthy food. :-)

Joe calls it a "reboot" for something. It is supposed to reboot your system, starting you up to a better and healthier lifestyle. It is not meant to be something permanent. In that regard the movie was nice to see, not something I have done or would do, but I can imaging it can help others to start a healthier lifestyle.…

The hardest part is not losing the weight, but keeping it off :) At least you know it know and can start again. Good luck :)

Been doing it for 2.5 years now. Can't plan every meal, as sometimes come up, and you won't eat what you planned, but 99% is planned ahead, mostly the day before. Difficult to hit your goal right on if you don't know what you will be eating two hours later.

Bit easier :-)

They took your body fat, but they didn't think it was right. Hmm, if they're not even confident that their measurements are correct :-) 40% body fat is a lot, don't think you can have that with a BMI of 22.

Incorporate some healthy fats. Like nuts and seeds, avocados ? I'm no fan of oils either, I stay away from them. Had that problem too in the beginning. I just eat more carbs. But certainly do not cut out all fats, as your body needs some. :)

That's why I never ate my exercise calories back. Did not need to, did not lose all the muscle as everyone always say :-)

Great stories, to be proud of :-) Mine (only cardio) : (from a few months ago) Started weight training a month ago:

Lots of leafy greens. Lettuce, kale, stuff like that. Fills you up in no time and hardly have any calories. I don't agree with 800cal diets, but if you want low cal foods, eat your greens :) I agree with chelstakencha and laserturkey about getting a new doctor though ;-)

Eat. Lift. Misc. Sleep. Repeat.

I had tons of them. Never stopped me losing :-)

I have terrible knees too. I can't squat, do lunges or deadlift or even do leg extentions. I can do romanian deadlifts, and leg curls, calf raises, and strangely enough the leg press does not give me pain in my knees but I do them with lighter weights and higher reps just to be on the safer side ...

My only valid excuse is sickness. But sometimes time is a problem, and a workout gets moved to another day :-)

Finding love starts with yourself. Not meant to be harsh, but even 350kg women find love. You need to find the confidence in you to go out and meet someone. Everyone can find love, but don't be afraid of what other might think or say :-) Lack of experience shouldn't hold you back, we all started somewhere someday, be it at…

Kai Greene trains sets of 20 reps. He's one of the favorites for MrO 2013... Failure = when you just can't do 1 more rep. Doesn't matter if it's after 6 reps or after 35 reps. Failure is failure :-)
