Never ran. Can't ran because of my knees. Bicycle and good diet was the way I lost it all. Walking is the best exercise to start, as it is the sport with the least injuries, and all you need is a pair of shoes :-)

I'm also very successful eating loads of them (70+%). I do count my carbs. I count them to make sure I get enough of them in my body every single day :-)

If you really want to know a lot about roids, look up "Bostin Loyd" on Youtube. He is telling his whole regime he took for a whole year. His transformation is amazing for 1 year. But I won't take any of that *kitten*, I love my health :)

My diet is all I eat and drink. No positive or negative connotation. It is what keeps me alive and going. It is what keeps your blood flowing and your heart beating. It is what I can sustain for the rest of my life, not something that is popular right now and you can only do for 2-3 weeks.

I'm on 70+% carbs every day. No they are not bad. :-)

What's your caloric goal per day? I'm a veggie trying to kick cheese to be vegan. If you have a healthy goal you can add me. But I must warn you, if you're one of those "i can only eat 500-1000 calories a day", I will not accept :)

Presteamed couscous (1 min in hot water), can of kidney beans. Fills you completely, is delicious, and hardly costs anything :) Can of beans is .50€ and bag of presteamed couscous about the same (over here, dunno at your location) :-)

I used to burn 1600-1800 calories during 95min bike rides, 3-4x times a week. Now I burn around 6-700 on cardio days. Can't do the long rides anymore with my knees. And I'm not that heavy anymore either, big difference. In the beginning I burnt 100 calories just by putting on my shoes :smokin:

Whole grains :) If you want to gain you have to have more calories in. Fruits help, but I can't eat too much fruit in a day. Grains are easier to eat in greater amounts for me. FYI: I'm a veggie too, and I eat 70+% carbs daily.

Best time to do abs, is like best time to do cardio. When you have the most motivation to do them. There is no "best time to do any exercise" :-) They won't grow any harder or stronger if you do them before or after cardio/bed/eating/whatever.

Depends on your diet I guess. What I mean: If you're vegan, a chicken breast is not clean. If you're a low carb person, couscous isn't clean. If you're low fat, bacon is not clean. ...
