I lost 70 pounds a few years ago by measuring and logging every bite. i felt I could continue to lose without logging. My new job has a long commute and I stopped working out. I regain everything I lost. Now I am logging everything again and moving more. It works. I personally need to stick with it.

I buy salmon at Sam's (no skin) and slice it into portions and freeze. 3 below zero right now. didn't even wear a coat. It's about 40 degrees warmer than it has been. When it hits 40 degrees here we start getting out the tee shirts and shorts. worth it though to have nice summers. Still.....bRRRRRrrrrrrr!!!

I struggle with sugar a lot. I have regained 30 pounds of the seventy I lost. it's like heroin for me. Gotta have it. Honestly if I can stay off it for 3 days the cravings go away. Oikos Greek Lime and I add raw almonds....perfection! I also eat Oikos Greek (plain 0%) and add frozen unsweetened fruit (raspberry is my favorite choice) mix 1/2 and 1/2.
