I've had to do it cold turkey. No cheats or I go right back down the rabbit hole. Then I feel sick and my belly gets bigger and my wieght goes up. I have found that if I am craving sugar (and I am ahuge sugar addict) that I am short on veggies. I gobbled down the veggies today and No sugar cravings at all. and I was 400 calories lower than my goal.

i love quinao. Definitely need to rinse really well before cooking. I cook mine in chicken stock and I season with whatever I want for that meal. You can make a lot and season a helping at a time. Lots of different flovor profiles in one batch of cooking.

Pinterest has a ton of the recipes. My niece has had great results using her spiralizer for low carb meals. I like the idea of having SOME pasta noodles and some veggie noodles. I am planning to get a spiralizer tomorrow and get started on this.

I am 250. I walk and use a few machines. I keep a kettle bell by the sofa and use it while I watch tv. I mow our lawn which gets my heart rate up for an hour.
