I generally stop eating around 4 or 5 and have no meal that people would call dinner. I find I don't need it. But, I eat 1500 calories a day. I'm not skipping dinner to cut down to an unhealthy level, just passing up extra food I reall don't require

No. Just no.

IME, on a good first date, he's paid. But in those cases, he offered, I accepted graciously. In all cases, I was the broke one, so maybe that came into play too. ETA: I always bring money with me on a first date and am prepare to pay my way. We've also split it where one person gets, for example, mini gold, and the other…

Estrogen is implicated in fat storage. For me, the pill would be 20 pounds added almost instantly.

If you mean physically, I love my eyes. In general, I like that I'm a good, caring person.

And I'm not saying I'm secretly Wonder Woman, but no one has ever seen us both at the same time. Think about that

Mine became my motivation too. Less weight would mean less stress on my joints, and I'm sure it would make my foot feel better not to have to carry 200+ pounds

I would call myself a reduced carber, but not low. I tend to crave carbs and overeat around carby foods, so I decided to cut some of them out. I very very rarely have bread, and if I eat pasta or rice, I prefer not to eat white. I actually am eating bread today, but that's not typical for me. My big problem is sugar, I…

Because I don't want to be skinny fat again. I don't want to be winded when I run up the stairs. I don't want to lag behind on a group walk. I don't want to have to sit down after barely doing anything. But, I do want more cheese in my life. So if I work out, I'm probably getting some cheese out of it.

I was a thin kid, but I became less active as an adult and ate tons of junk at college. That combination made me fat. I had never learned to restrict food because I never had to before. My weight steadily crept up and I always said, "ok, I'll weigh xx amount, but not higher". Then it would get higher and I'd still say the…

I met my bf/future dh online. Neither lied to the other. Fudging your height or weigh a bit is one thing, but having kids when you said you didn't is a huge deal. For me, having kids would not be a deal breaker, but lying about it would

Sure. I'm a hair taller than that and would be a size 10-12, which is average, but some would consider that fat. I think it really helps to be toned and have more muscle mass and less fat. That makes a huge difference

Normally once a day. I don't like getting in or out of the shower though

Um, there are still Mayans, they just don't have the empire they once had.

The lead singer of Relient K I also know the founder of espn, but no one really knows him for that by name

I am the chef in my relationship, but he is expected to be an equal when it comes to household chores if we both work full time. If one is working less, that person will do more around the house.

Being possessive and demanding to know where someone is at all times are early warning signs of abuse. Does it mean this guy is definitely an abuser? No, of course not. But since OP is put off by his behavior she shouldn't put up with it
-
Controlling, possessive behavior doesn't have an age limit, so him being a teen doesn't change my answer. Violence in teen couples in staggeringly common. Not saying he's definitely an abuser, but since OP already feels uneasy and at the end of her rope I think she should cut him loose before it gets worse.

The guy behind Fat Head attacks the claim that there is any epidemic. Because of the redefinition of obesity and the influx in the USA of populations that tend to be heavier, it just looks like an epidemic

Be honest about your expectations, even if it means it's not going to work out

My bf has said similar things, that a lot of girls say they just want a nice guy then ignore the nice guy for the bad boy type

Don't date a whiny, emotionally stunted, man child

I was a case manager working with mentally I'll and developmentally disabled clients. During one of our groups, we were discussing eating disorders. One client said something untrue about bulimia, so I said I didn't think that was correct. He said, "we'll you wouldn't know about that. You know, because you're fat." There…

80-120, depending on the day. I use this rule-1 gram for every 2 pounds of ideal weight, minimum, so, since I want to be about 140, 70 would be my minimum. It seems to work well for me.
