Panera's Fuji apple with apple chips, chicken, apple vinaigrette, nuts, and cheese. To make at home, taco salad with grilled chicken and spicy ranch. If I have it in a bowl I use a small corn tortilla and make my own rather than eating a giant fried bowl

Yes and no. As a unit of energy, a calorie is a calorie. But, I feel so different when I eat junk vs healthier food. I get headaches from junk and feel so tired. So, to me, 100 calories of salmon or Greek yogurt is far superior to 100 calories of cake or cookies.

With 2 tbsps of sugar free hazelnut or vanilla creamer. That's my new favorite, anyway. Before that, loads of sweet cream flavored creamer. 100 fewer calories, and no sugar vs 20 grams though, so I like my new way

Agreed. Diet, exercise, and behavioral changes may very well improve mild symptoms, but will not work for more severe cases. People were suggesting a nice walk and some meditation when I was pretty much suicidal, and I just wanted to scream at them. Sometimes professional help, up to and including mediacation, is needed.…
