  • 176.2- didn't make it to 15 pounds but I lost 10 so I'm very happy.
  • 178.6 which is a big drop but I was a little dehydrated when I weighed in so it's kind of falsely big- have to see how much goes back on by next week.
  • 181.6. I won't make 15 but anything is a plus and I've converted fat to muscle.
  • 181.6, so down 2 pounds from last week, but since I had gone up the two weeks before that, I'm still hovering in the same area. My hormones have been wacky lately so I'm hoping that's the explanation.
  • 183.6. I'm working out hard, staying below my calorie count and GAINING. Very frustrated.

I've stayed under my calories and I've been exercising like crazy (for me, lol) so I know it's muscle- in fact I can feel where the muscle is.   • I'm 181.2, so I'm only down 0.4 from last week :frown: On the other hand, I'm down 5 overall and it's that time of the month so I'm hoping there's some water bloat in there. Guess we'll see at next week's weigh in lol.
  • Did you eat something salty recently? Maybe you're just retaining a little bit of water?
  • Wow- I have about that much to go, too, and I never thought about it that way- no wonder my rheumatologist tells me if I lost some weight my knees and hips would hurt less- I'm carrying a 25 pound turkey around! It's time I put it down- for good!
  • Down a pound and a half! I'm doing the Walk At Home October challenge with Leslie Sansone so I'm hoping that will help move some more- any other walkers?
  • oops I guess I posted in the wrong place too. I started at 184.2 which is down 2.2 pounds already! So 169.2 for my target. Looks like we're all off to a good start!!
  • 184.2 so I guess my Thanksgiving goal is 169.2. Seems ambitious but I'll try. Although apparently I opened an account here years ago I only started using the site 2 days ago, so it's a good time to start.
