Hmmm maybe I should try this method. I am going to try switching it up this week. 15-20 minutes elliptical....weights...then treadmill for 40 minutes.

I am also in. I already do 50 minutes of cardio. I do both the elliptical and the treadmill (walk/run) at an incline. I usually burn 500-600 calories on cardio alone each workout. I try to work out 5 days a week.....no less than 4.
