Another bagpiper in my band had a bicep that was 80% torn and recently had surgery. She is an artist who makes pottery and was told that it was that motion that likely tore it. Her recovery was set back by just minor finger movements one day while she sat in on band practice. I think her advice would be not to try to rush…

"The Incredible Melting Man" definitely makes the list. I remember reading a review of it that said, "We really should be grateful for 'The Incredible Melting Man.' Typically we have to wait until the end of the year to pick the year's worst movie." Yup. It was pretty bad.
