I took a rest day yesterday so today is day 16 for me!

height 5'4" weight - 220 pounds Bust - 46 waist - 45 Hips - 50 thighs - 30.5 arm- 13.5 I did my first day of it today! Wasn't quite as bad as I thought it would be
