I agree with all above - I hate it when people say stupid things like that but then cover it up as if they were joking. :angry: The best way to get back at people like that is to go on with your life and be happy; don't give it another thought.

Yes - if you drink too much water you can actually get sick from it - Water intoxication and its corresponding condition, hyponatremia, or electrolyte dilution.

I guess I don't see what the big deal is. I haven't gotten around to adding one but I think if people won't friend me because they don't like a picture I have or do not have up then that isn't the support I need in the first place.

I have read and heard that you can't count tea as water because once you add the tea it changes the chemical make-up of water and thus your body treats it differently. Same as coffee can't count as water.

I am definately in. BW = 145 Goal by Christmas = 130.5 It is better to aim for the stars and miss a little than aim low and hit. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

How do you do it? Do you work out at home or go to the gym? I am trying but am so exhausted when I get home....I know, excuses, excuses! :wink: But seriously - how do you fine the time to work out? Do stay up late? Get up early? Any tips would be much appreciated. :happy:

Welcome - I am new too. Trying desparately to get on track, loose weight and exercise. Here is a tip (from what I read) it is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. The less calories you consume the less weight you gain. Good luck!
