  • Yeah I don't cheat the WHOLE day, but I do let myself slack a bit on certain days :happy:
  • I guess I mean with food...I still exercise as much as I should. But on Sundays I have get-together's with my girlfriends and always end up cheating on that day. But my exercise I never flake on!
  • I use the Wishbone Spritzers...1 calorie per spritz! The Balsamic Vinaigrette is great, and the Raspberry Bliss. The Honey Mustard Vinaigrette is great, too! Love those :)
  • A bit frustrated...I only lost about half a pound this week instead of the usual 1.5 pounds I'm used to losing/week. I have been eating my exercise calories like a good girl, but I am not sure what's going on. It is (TMI coming!) that "time of the month" right now so I am not sure if that's what is going on with my body…
  • Well I'd say today that I've probably had about 16 cups of water, and the day is almost over. I generally drink 12, so today my body is doing that "Oh crap more water time to pee again!" thing about every 5 minutes haha. But my urine is pretty clear (sorry TMI) so I think I'm good. Thanks all :)
  • So I am curious then...I am usually drinking more than this, at least 12 cups of water but usually more, is this a bad thing or a good thing? I really don't want to over water myself :)

  • I'm in! My goals are: 1. To continue working out 3 days a week. 2. To work on toning my upper body rather than focusing only on cardio. 3. Transition from running on the treadmill to the outdoors. 4. Start running 5k regularly. 5. Lose the last 10lbs I have left! This is great, love it!
  • So I ran my 5k yesterday! Finished it in 34 minutes at an average pace of 11:08!!! AND I ran the whole thing...did I mention I was not a runner before this? Woohoo! All of my training paid off!   • I am running my very first 5k tomorrow, so I would say that is double the exercise for me! I drink a ton of water anyway, so I'm set for that! As for food, I will definitely be watching what I eat tomorrow since Sunday is my "cheat" day every week, and I'm hosting a Mother's Day brunch! Woohoo! This is fun, I like this :)

  • Woohoo, I love it! I love to see so many fellow runners! Did W6D1 today, and whew...it was SO much harder than W5D3, which is surprising considering W5D3 was just 20 minutes of continous running! I am amazed at how far I have come, but these interval runs are KILLING ME! My calves hurt :( Still excited for W6D2 though!

  • I agree, Tawny...I have tried sites like this before also, but always run into that same problem. I was amazed that every single thing I ate today was in their database! This site was actually recommended to me by someone in a group I am a part of on Facebook, and they were right! Love it!
