Down 0.1 pounds hahaha...I'm 133.9 :) I have compleeeetely abandoned the crunches/push-ups goal. I went from over-achiever to non-achiever LOL Time to start that back up again :)

Weighed in today! Down to 134.0 EXACTLY! Woooohoooo! That's a four pound loss since I restarted with MFP on January 7th...goo meeeeee! Haha :laugh:

I actually wear a Polar F6 heart rate monitor, so I am able to track my calories that way :)

I actually tried the Eat Clean Diet and GAINED weight...I was always stressed about what I was eating, when, maintaining the correct portion sizes, etc. Now I just try to avoid processed foods if I can and count my calories because THAT is what has always proven effective for me :)

Just follow the neck rule! If all of the symptoms you're experiencing are above the neck, you should be good to continue, just stay super hydrated since colds (and cold meds) can quickly dehydrate you! If the symptoms are below the neck, I'd sit it out and focus on getting better. Hope that helps!

Weighed in this morning....135.1 lbs :) Did my 25/25 yesterday morning but not last night because I had kickboxing class and my muscles would NOT allow for any more work to be done lol. About to go do my 25/25 now :)

Good morning, guys! Did my 25/25 challenge twice yesterday, so I guess I'm going to change it to a 50/50 challenge. I've found that by spreading them out through the day helps, for example I did one set in the morning and then another set right before bed. I am also doing girlie push-ups, so I'm cheating a little bit lol.…

Morning all! So I did my 25 crunches and 25 push ups last night and it was pretty doable for me, so I think I'm going to start doing 25/25 in the morning, then 25/25 at night. Also, I've lost weight! Woooot! Down to 135.4, it's not a huge change, but I'll take it lol.

Also, make sure you are moistening the little electrodes before you start your workout, makes a big difference :)

It's possible your chest strap was slipping around during your workout and wasn't able to pick up your heart rate during the entire session? Mine does that sometimes, and I have to adjust it to compensate so that it won't slip down and miss my heart rate :)
