At almost 30 my mom would roll over if I called her to ask her this (I used too all the time)
I made Ground chicken spaghetti on spaghetti squash last night, but I left it on the counter overnight
is it safe to eat?!

Was it just sitting out or in a container? I'd say it's probably no good0

I've read that 4 hours is about the cut off time for foods left sitting out. After that, bacteria begins to grow. I personally wouldn't trust it.0
