there is a group on here called eating more to weigh less...they do the reset and generally they recommend at least 8 weeks and they have many success stories on there

I'm so glad you posted this because i was starting to get discouraged...i just finish my 4th week of lifting and while i did lose a pound i feel like my clothes feel tighter so i assumed i was holding onto water but i thought for sure it would have been gone by week 4

I just finished stage 1 week 4 and although i have lost a pound i swear my bra and my pants feel tighter! i lost 15 pounds on it and thought it was really easy to stick to (i don't have a sweet tooth) but i plateaued for 3 months so i switched to a different plan...i don't really gain weight in my stomach area so it would probably work better for someone who carries their weight in their belly...i will give you some advice…

i saw those percentages on a lot of peoples diary's too and i didn't get that because in the mark sisson's primal book it says to stay under 100 carbs to lose weight and only having 10% carbs on my diary puts me at like 30 carbs for the day...i set mine at 25%carbs (for 105 grams of carbs) 30% protein and 45% fat... hoping…

trust me i get that all the time and it is so frustrating...once they see your transformation they will start wanting to do it to...you just may be the person that gets them all healthy...at least ur fiance is supportive...lean on that =) pretty soon they'll stop pestering you when they see it doesn't make u change
