First time I joined WW when I was 23, I lost 12 in the first week, doing their quick start diet, I was 200 lbs ( dont think they have that now). It is a challenge to meet it. I'm working on planning my dinners first, so I know what I need to do for the day. Im also working on eating more in the am. Same for me, On days I work out it seems much easier.

Thanks, the sugar in my tea is really the only added sugar Im eating right now for the most part, so I wasn't too worried about it. THANK YOU for clearing up the protein calories, I never realized it meant LEAN body mass. It is hard to meet, this info will help! On a great side note, I hit my 25 fiber today :)

I use Smucker's Organic creamy,( 7 protein, 16 g fat, 210 cal for 2 tbls) would rather crunchy, but cant find it :(. Thanks everyone for the advice!! I will be paying more attention to my macros from now on. Learning about my macro intake has been a real eye opener! Happy Birthday, and there will be plenty of games to watch!! Today is first of three rest days for the program I'm doing, and I think Ill take them , everything from the neck down is sore! Its a good sore though!

I LOVE when my kids ask me to buy healthier items!! Just ask her! You need more fruits, veggies and non processed foods in your diet! Honestly, I love peanut butter, I eat it regularly, but 1-2 tbls is PLENTY! Your eating 5 tbls at a time, and some days your do it twice. A lot of high calorie snacking that isn't necessary.…
