I lift 5 days a week for apx 1 hour each day. The weight training program I'm following started me on cardio in the second phase, so I'm also on the treadmill 3x a week for 20-30 minutes. Thanks, I sleep from 10 till 530. I have been feeling tired lately though, I assumed it was from all the working out. I also read about magnesium and pot levels. I will check that. I really hope I don't become one of those peeps that need a nap every day lol. Im not a happy person after a nap! haha

I'm sure someone already said this, but old fashion oatmeal only takes about 3 minutes on the stove! I don't care for it in the microwave, too mushy. Another quicky breakfast I make is toasted sprout bread or a whole grain with organic peanut butter and bananas, hard boiled eggs, protein shake with peanut butter and fruit.

I have cut back on my tea, but I still drink on average 3 cups a day. I use Organic FF milk, I add it as a 1/4 cup at the end of the day. I also use organic sugar, and measure out a tablespoon vs heaping it in there.

Assuming your the food shopper, don't buy bad snacks that you will go overboard with. Plan out your snacks to stay within your calories, and you'll be fine. Good luck!

They just started playing the show Supernatural in the am at my gym. One of my fav's! I'm lifting mostly, and was skipping the treadmill when I was done, but now I look forward to walking a bit and watching the show :)

Must be working opposite for me. I fell at the gym with a bar on my shoulders the other day. Sprained my finger pretty good!

I buy Shoprite's Organic popcorn. Natural, no butter. Taste great, plus is has 5 grams of fiber and 3 protein per cup popped. 30 calories per cup. One bag makes 5 cups popped, I usually eat 2.5 cups. Really helps me hit my fiber goals at the end of the day :)
