I haven't worked out for a while now (rehabbing). And, I am knocking into things left and right. Which is mostly how I spent my life - used to be famous for my talent at unintentional physical comedy.

I actually forgot this about myself (how much of a catastrophe I have mostly been), because during the three years I worked out as regularly as I could (barring time out for overuse injuries), I was like a freaking gazelle (i.e. i did not walk into doorframes on a daily basis).

So, just curious if & how exercise has helped other people improve their spatial awareness.

Now that I workout more, lost weight, etc. I'm not near as clutzy. But, my whole life I've been so "graceful" that my nickname is Grace! lol Just yesterday, on a half run though the house I managed to jam three toes into the elliptical base and ultimately breaking a toe! I don't do it half-a$$ed!

When I don't work out I fall into lazy mode, drink soda , spend my free time sitting down playing video games , too lazy to shave , shower, stay up late , not eating enough food , it's turrrrrrrible working out keeps me focused and motivated.

Hmmm...I never thought about it in terms of working out or not. I am not overly klutzy, but I do have a habit of having flailing arms that will smack into random drawer pulls, etc. around my office. Danger!

Must be working opposite for me. I fell at the gym with a bar on my shoulders the other day. Sprained my finger pretty good!
