I guess I am in the opposite boat- I have to be at work at 6am. So I get off at 3pm then go to the gym. It is hard to stay motivated and get in a quality workout. One thing that keeps me motivated is I put little motivational sayings all around the house to keep me reminded of my goals and that seems to help.. Good luck!

I go to the gym but I have never done any type of class before. I was interested in going to a spinning class, it is something you would recommend?

I have the same problem, and it is so frusterating!! My wife is diabetic and will not exercise with me, I try to be understanding but it is hard.
